  • FAQ

    Here’s the answer to the most common question, and that’s many coached athletes aren’t “racers.”

    • Am I ever locked into any one plan? No. You’re free to upgrade or downgrade at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly.)

    • I don’t have a power meter, can I still be coached? Power meters are mandatory for Daily and Weekly coached athletes. A single sided power meter from Stages or 4iii can be found for $400 new and about half that used. I will listen to you plead your case, but a power meter WILL lead you to a higher level of success.

    • When can I expect to see some results? Adaptations and fitness gains are a process that you must commit to and work for. I’d recommend committing to a full 8 weeks of structured training before gauging progression.

    • Can you customize my plan to include my yoga/gym/running/etc. times or days? Yes, not a problem.

DAILY

The unlimited plan for unlimited potential. You’re a serious cyclist, have ambitious goals, and need to maximize available training time.

  • Coach paid Premium Training Peaks account.

  • Training schedule written weekly.

  • Analysis of workouts and comments DAILY

  • Feedback on workouts DAILY

  • Workouts adjusted to compliment progress DAILY

  • Unlimited communication: Text, Voice, Email, and Notes within Training Peaks.

  • Unlimited training schedule adjustments

  • Data driven and informed training zones.

  • Highest level of data analysis

  • Option to have coach attend targeted races, events, and milestones within the state of Arkansas.

  • Option to have coach led testing if local to Little Rock, AR.

  • Strategy sessions prior to every A level race or event, and thorough debriefs post-event/race.

The DAILY coaching plan requires a power meter, a heart rate monitor, and a smart trainer. A metric tracking device (sleep, HRV, etc.) is strongly encouraged.

Billed Monthly : $360

MONTHLY

You’re an enthusiast that has a fairly routine schedule. You’re looking for activity more than you are analysis.

  • Basic Training Peaks

  • Training Schedule written for 4 weeks / 1 MONTH period.

  • Basic analysis of workouts and comments.

  • Communication: 1 email a MONTH

  • One schedule adjustment a MONTH

  • General fitness recommendations.

The MONTHLY coaching plan will contain workouts requiring Heart Rate and/or Power data. Reminder: Zwift DOES NOT load Heart Rate based workouts.

Monthly: $165

TRAINING PLANS

You want a custom plan written that will have you as ready as possible for a certain goal in the future: your first Century, a long Gravel event, a solid Base Build, etc. Plans can be general (base, build, peak), discipline specific (cx, gravel, mtb, road, touring/bikepacking), or a combination of those two.

  • Plan will be custom to you and your daily structure.

  • Plans are sold by length : 8, 12, or 16 weeks.

  • Power based workouts are fully compatible with Zwift.

  • Plans offer the flexibility to rearrange workouts and insert personal/vacation days.

Plan Costs : $150 for a 8 weeks, $200 for 12 weeks, and $250 for 16 weeks.

WEEKLY

Your goals are based upon achieving a higher level of fitness. Sometimes you ride for the challenge, sometimes you ride for fun. Structure works well for you and your lifestyle.

  • Coach paid Premium Training Peaks account.

  • Training schedule written every two weeks.

  • Analysis of workouts and comments WEEKLY

  • Feedback on workouts WEEKLY.

  • Workouts adjusted to compliment progress WEEKLY.

  • Communication: 1 phone call and 4 emails per month. Conversations within Training Peaks are highly recommended.

  • Training plan adjustments: 2 per month

  • Data driven and informed training zones

  • Intermediate data analytics

    The WEEKLY coaching plan requires a power meter and a heart rate monitor. A smart trainer and a metric tracking device (sleep, HRV, etc.) are strongly encouraged.
